Patrick C. Flood is a Full Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Dublin City University since September 2007, leading research on leadership and organisational performance. In addition to this role, Flood serves as an Academic Fellow at the University of Cambridge and as Consulting Editor for the Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society. Flood has held visiting positions at institutions such as Capital University of Economics and Business and the University of Canterbury. Previous appointments include IMI Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the University of Limerick and Director of the Strategic Leadership Research Programme at the Irish Management Institute. Flood's academic background includes a PhD in Industrial Relations/Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics, Master's in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor's in Commerce from University College Dublin.
