Sarah A. is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR at Biffa since April 2017, Sarah has also held various HR leadership positions at British Gas from 2000 to the present, including Head of HR for Organisational Transformation and HR Change Manager. In the role as HR Change Manager, Sarah managed workforce reductions and negotiated pay agreements involving Trade Unions.
