Linda Chapoto is currently the Cluster Head of Operations for the Southern Cluster at the British Council, a position they have held since 2024. With 15 years of experience in Administration, Customer Service, and Operations, Linda has previously served as the Country Operations Manager (Exams) at the British Council from 2023 to 2024 and as Branch Manager for the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce from 2017 to 2023. Linda also worked as an Operations Manager at Corporate24 Hospital Group from 2014 to 2017. They hold a Compliance Management Certificate from the University of Cape Town, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from IMM Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History from the University of Zimbabwe.
