Cathryn Ingleton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources, organisational development, and talent management. Currently serving as the Global Director People Partnering, Talent & Organisational Development at the British Council since October 2021, Cathryn plays a crucial role as a strategic HR business partner across 110 countries and leads a team of Regional HR Directors. Prior roles include Head of People and OD at Co-op, Director of Strategic Development at KTJ Primary Secondary Academia Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, and various HR leadership positions at Co-op, The Co-operative Bank plc, RBS, and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Cathryn's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from the University of York and postgraduate diplomas in Personnel Management and Human Resources Management from Nottingham Trent University.
