Erin Creak is a Change Management and Communications leader with strategic and operational experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. They previously served as a Communications Coordinator for the British Columbia Real Estate Association and worked in various roles at the University of British Columbia, including Manager of Change Management and Customer Experience in the Faculty of Medicine. Erin has also held positions as a Senior Change Management Advisor at BC Hydro and has a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies from The University of British Columbia, along with a BA from Simon Fraser University. Currently, they oversee change management for a portfolio of enterprise-wide technology projects at BC Hydro.
