Mac McPherson is a strategic and operational Senior Talent Acquisition professional with over 25 years of experience. Mac has held various leadership roles across notable companies, including Nomad Foods as Group Talent Acquisition Manager and currently at BAT as Global Recruitment Operations Excellence Manager, where they design and embed recruitment processes across multiple markets. They obtained a BSc (Honours) in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University.
