Tom Warner is the Head of Transformation at British Airways, where they previously served as a Senior Transformation Manager, Head of People Strategy and Transformation, Resource Planning Manager, and Resource Analyst from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their tenure at British Airways, Tom worked as a Wealth Manager at A&J Wealth Management Ltd from 2015 to 2017 and completed a summer internship at UBS in 2011. Tom earned a 2:1 degree in Economics from the University of York after completing A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Economics at Arden Sixth Form College.
