Tim Loper is the VP and Head of US and Above Market Compliance and Ethics at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they currently lead compliance initiatives. Previously, they served as Executive Director, Head of Compliance and Ethics Investigations and Integrity Line at the same company. Tim also worked at the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant Deputy Chief and Trial Attorney, and held positions as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates and Baker Botts. They began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Tim earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
