Soyini Wilson is a global regulatory leader with over 15 years of experience in shaping and interpreting regulatory policy across pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and consumer health products. Currently, Soyini serves as a Senior Manager and Commercial Regulatory Advisor at Bristol Myers Squibb and holds a position as Regulatory Affairs Manager for a confidential company. Previously, Soyini has managed regulatory processes across various international jurisdictions at Perricone MD and provided compliance oversight at Coty Inc. In addition to professional roles, Soyini has actively contributed to governance on boards including YWCA USA and serves as a trustee for Mercer Street Friends. They hold a B.A. in English from Rutgers University, an M.A. in Public Administration from Kean University, and studied Public Policy at American University.
