Patrick Mela is a Senior Principal Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they have held roles since 2017, progressing from Packaging Engineer to Principal Packaging Engineer and Senior Manager. Prior to this, they gained experience as a Packaging Engineer at Dimensional Merchandising Inc. and participated in internships at Playtex Products. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Clemson University and is dedicated to teaching and mentoring others in the packaging field while continuously striving for personal and professional growth.
