Richard Blum currently serves as the Head of Compliance for Brinker International, leading compliance efforts for the company known for its hospitality brands, including Chili's and Maggiano's, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Richard was the Global Compliance Leader at NTT DATA, overseeing compliance for a company with a workforce of 50,000 across more than 40 countries from August 2019 to April 2024. Richard's extensive experience also includes serving as Head of Compliance for Zale Jewelers, where responsibilities included governance for multiple Zale brands, and a role as Director of Ethics & Compliance at Signet Jewelers, the largest jewelry retailer globally. Richard has held various positions in compliance and legal roles at QBE Insurance, Bank of America, The Hartford, and Lewin & Schneider, P.C. Richard holds a Juris Doctorate from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Clark University.
