Leslie Rayfield has extensive experience in finance, operations, and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Operations and HR Manager at BrightStone since April 2019, Leslie has previously held roles including Director of Finance at Barefoot Republic Camp & Retreat Center and Director of Finance & Operations at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a nonprofit dedicated to granting wishes to children with life-threatening conditions. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the Arthritis Foundation Tennessee Chapter and Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC, as well as time spent as a stay-at-home mom. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
