Josh “FINO” Ferrufino is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business development and venture capital. Currently serving in strategic partnerships and outbound sales development at Brex since July 2025, Josh also holds the title of Venture Partner at Alaya Capital, where involvement includes scouting and community engagement alongside investment analysis. Previous roles include working as a scout at 10vc, strategy associate at Ábaco, and summer analyst in hedge fund solutions at BlackRock. Josh has undertaken internships at Cubo, AVP Ventures, JPMorgan Chase, and Dorm Room Fund, alongside a foundational role as a private markets summer analyst at Tikehau Capital. Josh is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics with a focus on the development of Latin America and emerging markets at the University of California, Berkeley.
