Michael Neus serves as a Strategic Advisor and Senior Legal Counsel at Brevan Howard, overseeing legal matters for the global investment manager since June 2022. As an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, Neus has been teaching a course on Investment Management Regulation and Compliance since 2018. Previous experience includes the role of Private Funds Attorney Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at ExodusPoint Capital Management LP. Neus has also held leadership positions within the Managed Funds Association and has significant legal expertise garnered from senior roles at Perry Capital LLC, RHG Capital, Andor Capital Management, and Soros Private Funds Management LLC. Neus earned a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
