The Company's portfolio includes brake discs, pads, modules, calipers, master cylinders and complete braking systems. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through 35 production units and commercial centers in Italy and abroad, including Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, China, India, the United States, Sweden, China and Japan. In August 2013, it acquired a 30% stake in Brembo Nanjing Brake Systems Co. Ltd; as a result of transaction it holds 100% stake in Brembo Nanjing Brake Systems Co Ltd.
