Alex Kumih-Ansuh is a seasoned professional in real estate, property, and facilities management, currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Breakthrough Properties since 2025. Previously, Alex held various roles including Facilities Manager at Vitality from 2018 to 2023, and Village Operations Manager at Derwent London from 2023 to 2025, where they oversaw operational delivery and sustainability initiatives. They also gained valuable experience as a Property Manager at Broadgate Estates and a Building Manager at Prudential Assurance. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Studies from St Francis Xavier College.
