Lucy Traynor FRSA is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in purpose-driven strategy and sustainable practices within various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Trustee at Breaking Barriers and as the Founder of Magnificent Roots, Lucy has previously excelled as the UK Purpose Lead at Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading purpose strategy and advising on sustainability initiatives. Earlier roles include Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry and Director of Recruitment & Assessment at The Future Leaders Trust, where Lucy contributed to the recruitment and training of future headteachers in England. An educator by background, Lucy served as Head of Department at Salisbury School and participated in the Teach First program, underlining a commitment to educational leadership and social impact.
