David Slayback is a Senior Applied ML Scientist at Braze, where they focus on machine learning applications. Previously, from 2016 to 2022, David worked as a Computer Engineer at the Army Research Laboratory, designing psychophysics experiments and applying deep and reinforcement learning techniques. They also gained experience as an ML Applied Scientist at OfferFit from 2022 to 2024. David holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
