Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, focusing on innovation projects and mentorship in the tech sector. Roon is the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, among others. Roon's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech certification from MIT, complemented by a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
