Jim Thorpe is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, specializing in kitchen equipment innovation, design solutions, and project management. They have held prominent roles as a Senior Food Service Designer and Project Manager at various organizations, including Aramark and PJP - Penn Jersey Paper Co. In addition, Jim serves as a judge for the National Restaurant Association's Kitchen Innovations Awards, focusing on advancing food service equipment. Currently, they work as the Director of Equipment, Supplies, and Design Build at BradyPLUS, continuously advocating for innovative kitchen operations and enhancing customer experiences. Jim holds an Associate's degree in Architecture from the American Institute of Design and Drafting.
