Laura Cordingley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Brabners, starting in April 2022, where the firm focuses on innovative, diverse, and sustainable business practices to effect positive change. Prior to this role, Laura held several positions at PZ Cussons from January 2016 to April 2022, including HR Director for Group Functions and Europe and Americas. Laura's experience also includes roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at Princes Limited, Regional HR Business Partner at Trinity Mirror Group PLC, and Regional HR Advisor at Baker Tilly. Laura began a career in HR through the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement and has a strong educational background with an MA in HR and CIPD from Middlesex University and a BSc(Hons) in Business and Finance from The University of Salford.
