Stefanie Heizmann is an accomplished Executive Coach and educator specializing in systemic coaching. With a career spanning several decades, they have held various roles, including Research Assistant at the Max-Planck-Institut für Bildungsforschung and Head of Coaching at von Rundstedt. Currently, Stefanie serves as a lecturer at the Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport and as a co-founder of BRAVE.New Leadership eG. They also lead their own consulting practice, Heizmann-Consulting, focusing on executive coaching and consulting. Stefanie holds a Diplom in Psychology from Technische Universität Berlin and has participated in a research fellowship at the University of Colorado Boulder.
