Ryce Chung is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in HR Shared Services and HRIS Process Improvement. They have held significant roles, including Vice President of Malaysia Operations & Advisory and Global Reporting & Analytics services at bp, where they lead the People and Culture services team. Previously, Ryce served as Senior Manager for HR Services Operations at BASF, managing large teams and driving operational improvements across the Asia Pacific region. Ryce began their career at Vsource and has since worked with major organizations, contributing to various HR initiatives and transformations. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
