Felipe Quaresma Madureira is a hands-on and result-oriented executive with solid experience across the entire power supply chain, including power generation, trading, consultancy, and utility companies. They served as an intern at Leme Engenharia from 2004 to 2006, progressed to Commercial Manager at CMU Comercializadora de Energia from 2006 to 2012, and held the position of Senior Business Executive at Light Esco from 2012 to 2014. They were a Power Generation Manager at bp Biofuels from 2014 to 2018, and currently holds the position of Managing Director – Brazil Power Origination at bp. Felipe earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and specialized in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral.
