Ben Hearn is currently the VP of Technical Accounting at bp, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as Head of Group Technical Accounting and held various roles in the company's accounting policy branch. Ben began their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they advanced to Senior Manager between 2004 and 2008. They studied Economics and Management at the University of Oxford, graduating in 1997.
