Nora Soza serves as the Senior Director of GTM Strategy and Operations at Box since February 2011, with a career progression that includes roles as Director and Manager within GTM Operations. At Box, Nora functions as a business partner to the Customer Success Management team, focusing on executing vision and strategy through data and systems management while overseeing KPI reviews related to customer metrics. Nora has also held positions such as Team Lead and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included developing CSM team skills and building relationships with key stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role on the Operations Team at OURewards and as an Assistant Coach at Archbishop Mitty High School. Nora holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.
