Michael Mafodda, MBA, has held various influential roles in UX design, digital strategy, and customer experience across multiple organizations. They served as Principal at Capgemini and later as Senior Director at Nimbl Consulting LLC, where they led UX strategy and design. Michael also has a strong academic background, having been a Teaching Professor at Villanova University from 2010 to 2017. Currently, they are an Instructor and Assistant Coach at Vail Resorts while simultaneously working as Senior Director of Experience Strategy at Bounteous.
