Maya Urbschat has over seven years of professional experience in the software development and education fields. Maya began their career in 2014 as a Counselor at Epsilon Camp. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Research Assistant at Mount Holyoke College. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Teacher in Residence at Achievement First. During this time, they also held a Software Developer role at Basement Systems, Inc. In 2019, they moved to Dynata where they worked as a Software Developer. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Boundless Immigration.

Maya Urbschat received their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College in 2016, having started their studies in 2013.
