Eduardo Shugaev-Mendosa serves as the Medical Excellence Manager at BostonGene since July 2022, overseeing recruitment for the Medical Affairs Division and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance. Previously, Eduardo held roles as a Senior Clinical Data Analyst and Clinical Data Analyst, leading a team focused on oncohematology and analyzing data to match patients with suitable clinical trials. Eduardo has also worked as a tutor in biochemistry, pharmacology, and pathology from April 2017 to June 2022, and served as a Medical Doctor in a COVID-19 hospital from November 2020 to February 2022. Eduardo is currently a PhD candidate in Vascular Surgery at the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov and has completed a residency in Cardiovascular Surgery, along with earning a Doctor of Medicine degree in General Medicine from the same institution.
