Gina Perille currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director at the Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization, overseeing strategy, operations, and communications for a public planning organization that allocates federal investment across nearly 100 municipalities in Greater Boston. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy & Public Affairs Officer at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate, Director of Communications at Harvard University, and Chief of Communications & Strategy for the City of Boston's Public Library system. Gina Perille also worked as a consultant for Business for Shared Prosperity and held roles in philanthropic leadership at Grand Circle Corporation and arts criticism at the Boston Globe Media. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Boston University, a BFA in Theatre from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and participation in leadership programs with LeadBoston and Emerge Massachusetts.
