Jess Lanney is the Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Boston Medical Center Health System, where they serve as Chief of Staff and strategy lead for the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer. With a robust background in health care and social services, they have led various initiatives in strategy, innovation, and performance improvement across multiple sectors. Previously, Jess held significant roles at The Bridgespan Group, HKS Government Performance Lab, and Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. They earned an undergraduate degree in public policy from Princeton University and two master's degrees in social policy and urban planning from the London School of Economics as a Marshall Scholar.
