Gayle Fishman, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations Integrated Project Delivery Campus Redesign & Special Projects at Boston Medical Center since September 2018, where responsibilities include developing a Clinical Value Analysis Program and collaborating with medical leadership. Fishman is also the President of HealthSystems Redesign, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on strategic planning and operations assessment since 1997. Previous roles include Nursing Director for GI Endoscopy Units at Massachusetts General Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer at Mass. Eye and Ear, overseeing comprehensive clinical services and regulatory compliance. Fishman holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Executives from MGH Institute of Health Professions, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire.
