Kacey Boston, CDR, currently serves as a Staff Talent Acquisition Partner at Boston Dynamics since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kacey held multiple positions at MKS Inc. from July 2021 to September 2025, including Manager of Global Talent Sourcing, Talent Intelligence, and TA Operations, as well as Supervisor of Global Talent Sourcing & Talent Intelligence. Kacey also worked as a Talent Attraction Sourcer at Mercury Systems from February 2019 to July 2021, achieving significant cost savings in agency spending while supporting various recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Vector Marketing and a Psychology Intern position at Cedarcrest. Kacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keene State College (2014-2018) and is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University (expected graduation in December 2026).
