Rafaella Pierin Bensuaski Strazza has extensive experience in social responsibility and human resources within the educational and organizational sectors. From February 2012 to June 2019, Rafaella served as an Analista de Responsabilidade Social at Instituto Robert Bosch, focusing on educational projects in public schools and coordinating volunteer programs. Currently, since June 2019, Rafaella holds the position of Analista de Recursos Humanos Sr at Bosch, managing projects aimed at process improvements with a strong emphasis on the people impacted by these initiatives. Prior to these roles, Rafaella gained valuable experience as an Estagiaria de Serviço Social at Instituto Robert Bosch and Companhia de Habitação de Campinas, where involvement included support for volunteer actions and social program management. Rafaella holds a degree in Serviço Social from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a postgraduate degree in Psicologia Social from Centro Universitário de Araraquara.
