Andreas Huck FCMA, CGMA, currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at BOS GmbH & Co. KG, where they drive transformation and restructuring. Previously, from 2007 to 2017, Andreas held the position of Group Financial Director at ContiTech Transportbandsysteme GmbH, overseeing finance and administration for a significant business unit. Andreas has extensive experience in managing M&A activities and has held several key financial leadership roles across diverse companies within the Continental Corporation. They hold multiple degrees, including a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant designation and an Executive Education certification from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
