Xavier Guillot is a seasoned professional in the software and electronic systems domain with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and overseeing software tool development. Currently serving as Software Tools Manager at Phinia since June 2023, Xavier is responsible for managing a local team and coordinating resources across multiple SSF sites, executing the Software Tools Roadmap, and ensuring effective budget tracking. Prior to this role, Xavier held the position of Responsable equipe MOA/MOE system electronic at BorgWarner Inc. since February 2012, leading a team of five software engineers to enhance development processes. Additionally, Xavier has held leadership roles at Delphi from 2008 to 2011 and at Delphi Diesel Systems from 1998 to 2007, focusing on electronic system leadership and vehicle integration diagnostics. Xavier holds degrees in electrical engineering and industrial computing from Université de Tours.
