Matt McConahy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Borg Warner Automotive since May 2011. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at BorgWarner Transmission Systems from May 2006 to May 2011, including Senior Human Resource Manager and Manager of Human Resources. Matt's career in human resources began at BorgWarner Morse TEC, where roles included Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and Human Resource Specialist from May 1999 to May 2006. Matt holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, completed between 2007 and 2010, and a degree from Robert Morris University, earned from 1989 to 1993.
