Ursula Kerschbaumer is a Global L&D Leader at Borealis, where they have worked since 2010, having held various roles including Marketing Assistant and Communication Base Chemicals. They have a background in people development for Central Europe and are a trained systemic coach. Prior to their current position, Ursula gained experience in sports marketing and events at adidas from 2005 to 2007. They earned a diploma in systemic coaching from BFI in 2020.
