Terry McGuire, RGD, is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in digital media, instructional design, and communication strategies. Currently serving as Co-founder and Creative Director at Bootpack Media since September 2025, Terry specializes in transforming complex concepts into engaging training content. Before this role, Terry held multiple key positions at Intertek Catalyst and Intertek Alchemy, where responsibilities included leading safety communication projects and managing teams to create interactive digital content for global clients. With previous roles as a professor, digital media consultant, and ski instructor, Terry combines a diverse skill set in design, education, and multimedia production, grounded in practical experience since completing studies at Conestoga College between 1981 and 1984.
