Shweta Madasu is a seasoned tech leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Mansfield Energy Corp since 2026. Previously, Shweta held various leadership roles, including Head of Product and Technology at Booster, where they worked from 2024 to 2026, and Manager/Product Owner at FTD Companies from 2014 to 2016. With a background as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting between 2007 and 2013 and experience as a Global Product Leader at Verizon Connect from 2016 to 2017, Shweta has a solid foundation in technology and product management, starting their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys. Shweta earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla.
