Bob Nolte is currently serving as the Recorder of Deeds for Boone County Government in Missouri since January 2023. Previously, Bob worked at the University of Missouri-Columbia from September 2012 to February 2022, where roles included Director of Compliance, Associate Director of Compliance, Assistant Director of Compliance - Education, and Compliance Specialist. In these positions, Bob excelled in interpreting NCAA and university regulations while fostering relationships with various stakeholders and developing policies to ensure compliance. Bob obtained a Master's degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs with a focus on Athletic Administration from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Binghamton University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
