Tim O'Donnell is currently the Sr. Director of Global Compensation at Boeing, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as Sr. Director of Compensation at CSL Behring from 2014 to 2024 and held various roles in compensation management at other companies, including Medarex and Teleflex. Tim began their career in the field as a Compensation Analyst at BetzDearborn in 1995. They earned a B.A. in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.
