Shakil Ahmed is a Technical Fellow and Boeing Designated Expert in System Development, System Safety, and Airworthiness Certification, with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Previously, Shakil worked as a Senior Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace, a Flight Controls System Engineer at Raytheon, and currently holds the position of Associate Technical Fellow at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Shakil has been involved in significant projects such as the 737MAX Return to Service and 777X Flight Controls System Development. Shakil earned multiple degrees, including a BE in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and MS degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University.
