Myron Fletcher is a Senior Program Manager at Boeing, where they excel in organizational leadership and complex aerospace projects. Currently a Co-Founder at Rocket With The Fletchers, Myron has focused on innovation in engine development since 2017. With a background as an Aerospace Engineer at NASA and various roles at Boeing, including Engineering Manager, Myron possesses a deep commitment to aerospace. In addition to their professional career, Myron is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University and serves as the Director of STEM at The Learning Lounge Micro School, fostering a hands-on, inclusive curriculum for students.
