Kurt Bitter is a strategic and results-driven engineering leader with over 13 years of experience in engineering management, technical program management, and systems engineering. Having worked at Boeing in various capacities, including Production Engineering Manager and Senior Production Engineering Manager for the 737MAX program, Kurt has proven expertise in continuous improvement and team management. Kurt earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Early career experience includes developing training manuals during an internship at International Rectifier, now Infineon Technologies.
