Joshua Nightingale has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and operations management, beginning at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, where responsibilities included process support and quality management from February 2001 to April 2017. Following this, Joshua served as a production supervisor at Volvo Cars Charleston Plant from April 2017 to January 2019, before transitioning to a plant manager role at Utilimaster from June 2019 to December 2021. After a brief stint as operations manager at Adidas in 2022, Joshua joined Boeing, holding the positions of 787 Customer Coordinator Quality Manager and 787 Customer Quality Support Manager from September 2022 to March 2024.
