Jennifer MacKay is a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Associate Technical Fellow for The Boeing Company, currently facilitating RCA investigations and workshops within the Production Support Engineering group in Everett, WA. MacKay began their career at Boeing in 1991 as a Manufacturing Engineering Planner and has since provided critical RCA support across various commercial programs. They served two consecutive terms as the elected president of the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA), making history as the first woman to lead the organization. Residing in Liberty Lake, WA, MacKay enjoys family life as an "empty nester" with a spouse, while two of their three children attend Eastern Washington University.
