James Faulkner is the Senior Manager of Fraud Investigations at Boeing, leading a team of investigators across multiple cities within the company's Law and Global Compliance Organization. Prior to this role, James served as a Managing Director and Head of the Miami office at Kroll, directing multinational investigations and compliance projects. With over 17 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, James spent a significant part of their career at the U.S. Department of Justice, including as Judicial Attaché in Bogotá, Colombia, where they advanced legal diplomacy and coordinated major extradition efforts. James holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
