Brittany Parris is a V-22 Structures Engineering Senior Manager and the Chief Engineer for the Common Configuration Readiness and Modernization (CC-RAM) program at Boeing, where they lead structural design and stress analysis teams. They began their career at Boeing in 2006 as an intern and have held various roles, including technical lead for the Aft Fuselage and Empennage design team and Chief of Staff for the Vertical Lift division. Brittany earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in 2009, along with obtaining a PMP certification in 2019. In their spare time, they are an avid equestrian, competing in hunter, jumper, and pleasure driving disciplines.
