Brion Baker possesses over a decade of progressive leadership experience in the aerospace industry, primarily at Boeing. Previously serving as the Director of Global Supplier Quality, Brion led a global team managing quality oversight for over 2,500 suppliers while enhancing process transparency and performance. Currently, Brion is the Executive Director of Quality Governance, overseeing the redesign of quality management systems within Boeing's commercial aerospace division. In addition, Brion has contributed to the academic community as a Boeing Executive Focal at the University of Washington Tacoma, engaging in talent outreach and fostering industry partnerships. Brion holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
